Set in the quiet hills of Tuscia on the Lazio and Umbria border, the villa offers a private, character-filled stay with valley views, a hot tub, antique interiors, a shaded portico, garden space, and easy access to some of central Italy’s most underrated day trips.

- The villa sits on a private 6-acre estate. From time to time, a friendly neighbor’s dog named Nebbia may wander over to say hello. She is sweet and does not live on the property. Guests who are uncomfortable with dogs should consider this before booking.
